- No. Decree is software. We're not your lawyer; we don't give legal advice. For pro se users, we provide tools and information — not representation.
- Is the calculator accurate?
- Yes. We implement RCW 26.19 with the current WSCSS economic table, mandatory state deductions effective 1/1/2026, and the standard deviation methods. Tested against state-published examples.
- What about non-Washington states?
- Washington-first by design. We'll add other community-property states (NV, AZ, CA, NM, TX, ID, LA, WI) after we hit parity in WA.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Export everything as PDF and CSV anytime. After cancellation we retain encrypted backups for 30 days, then permanent deletion. You own your matters.
- Do you integrate with my case management system?
- Not yet. The wedge is the calculator and forms. Integrations (Clio, MyCase, Smokeball, iManage) are on the post-launch roadmap based on customer demand.
